There was a great piece written by Leslie McKerns on the 25 tips to brand your company. I wanted to present those tips here at resignwithus.com because it’s important for up in-coming and existing PR executives to have a blue-print to work from.

1. Hire a branding company to bring your image and message under a brand. 25. Establish your brand by regularly updating the financial value or potential value associated with your brand. Quantify results achieved and add these results to your brand value. Communicate through all methods, the value of your brand to those associated with it.

Looks good right, but the trick is to get the number 302 in your head as if it were dollars, not dinars, and draw your attention away from fees of .40 cents and inflation of .15 cents since purchase. Here is how it should really read:
$1.40 could buy you 1,460 Iraqi Dinar in 2004, that $1.40 in 2012, adjusted for inflation ($1.25) can now buy you 1,461 Dinar, a difference of 1 dinar.
That one dinar is worth nothing more than fractions of a cent! Doesn’t sound like a very good investment, does it?

Payza Phishing Emails “BEWARE”Payza has reported about illegitimate e-mail campaign directed to Payza members. The phishing e-mails have appeared after the new improvements at Payza formelly AlertPay have been implemented, basically concerning the credit card processing. And hence phishing e-mails are more likely aimed at stealing personal account information. Inside the phishing e-mails there’s a link that redirects Payza members to false login pages, and as the result it leads to stealing the info mentioned, followed by stealing the money actually.
The e-mails look very genuine, and offer to follow a link with the purpose of changing the profile. Still, if you take a closer look at the e-mail origin and the link, you are asked to follow, the scam gets obvious. Finding out the real destination of the link is very easy – without clicking the link, one just should point the mouse to it and see where it really leads. The destination is suspicious, not to say dangerous.
