How Duplication works For Your Online Business

True motivation comes through

leading by example. When you keep

doing exactly what you want your

downline to do like prospecting and

recruiting, those that are meant to be

motivated will automatically get

motivated. The superstars that come

through your funnel will get motivated.

You want to remain in

“Phase 1” which is a concept that we learned from the first company

that we worked with in the MLM business. It simply means that you are always sponsoring

and recruiting. The future leaders and the superstars that come through your funnel will

watch and find out for themselves what you are doing how you are doing it. You

can’t hide

anything from such people, they will find out.

One of our mentors calls such people the Alphas. They will go as far as possible to find

answers. It’s in their nature. As a matter of fact, don’t be surprise if an alpha that you

sponsor becomes your mentor. This people are waiting somewhere in all the garbage and if

you waste time with ordinary people, you won’t get to them and that means you will

remain

broke

too.

Stay in phase 1 and keep recruiting. Spend 1 minute with 100 prospects and not 100

minutes with 1 prospect. Stop spending so much time with ONE guy trying to motivate

him. One of the biggest mistakes we made earlier was trying to tell all the facts hoping to

convince someone into a business.

Stop throwing up on people. Every time I have done that from personal experience,

it

didn’t work. It made it worse

because you will overwhelm the prospect with so much

information and they just won’t join. Again, have a system or funnel in place where you

channel 100 people through every minute.

Simplicity Promotes Duplication

What do I mean? I won’t promote making things complicated of course however; success is

NOT duplicatable like I said earlier. If it was, every one will be rich. You want to keep

things as simple as possible. For example, making sure your downline and team mates see

like this in place.

One of the reasons why we build teams is so you can leverage other people’s skill set. You

don’t have to know how to cut a video like this. You can leverage a team or team member

that knows how to cut a video like this.

This business is not about “me, me me me.” It’s about having a superstar team. Let’s look

at Kobe Bryant as an example. You hear all this noise about Kobe Bryant but he would

have never been this big without a superstar team.

Is he a duplication superstar? Yes he is. Did he

help his team? Yes he did. Bottom line is that there was a team that backed him up and

that’s why he remains Kobe Bryant till today. That brand name is still very much

powerful. This is what you need to do for your brand.
